My name is Danielle Terease Blow and I am honoured to have been appointed as an Authorised Marriage Celebrant appointed by the Attorney-General's Department. I live in the Hills District (25 minutes north west of the Sydney CBD) and my profession takes me all over Sydney. I am happy to conduct ceremonies near or far; on land, in the air or on the sea. I am a full-time, professional Celebrant which means I am available to you at any time.

I am happily married to an incredibly supportive, loving husband and have 2 beautiful children which complete my world. Not a day goes by where I do not think that I have been truly blessed to have my family, wonderful friends and good health.

I make sure I find time in my schedule to volunteer at my children's primary school with reading programs, canteen duty (where one catches up on the gossip!) and as elected President of the Ladies Auxiliary (2007, 2008) - a support group of mothers who assist the school with various fundraisers and theme days. In 2006 I was convenor of the school's annual Art, Craft & Pottery Exhibition - a fundraising event which made a profit of over $22,000 - 80% up on the year prior and the best in 5 years - an achievement that I was very proud to have been part of.

Prior to becoming a Marriage Celebrant, I was a Personal Assistant to Senior Managers in high profile companies. I absolutely loved working in this area - organising and managing events, conferences and of course running the boss' diary! The need to liaise with both my colleagues in the office and senior managers all over the world helped me to become the confident and professional speaker that I am. Managing the office (as well as the boss) enabled me to become an organised and meticulous person and these are traits that I have carried forward to my profession as a Celebrant.

In 1999, I was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in the state of NSW and I am a member of the NSW Justices' Association Limited. As a community based JP I am available (by appointment) to certify copies of documents and administer oaths and affirmations for legal documents such as Statutory Declarations and Affidavits.

I am also a member of the Association of Authorised Marriage Celebrants Australia Inc. I am proud to be part of the new generation of Marriage Celebrants, participating in ongoing professional training and development as required by the Attorney-General's Department on a yearly basis.
